Please keep in mind your tree is being personally hand crafted. Time is needed for custom orders and I ask for a 14 day window to complete the tree. This is to protect myself if life happens to get hectic. I am a "stay at home mother" of 5 if that tells you anything. However, I'm usually able to complete a tree within a few days. I will communicate my time frame upon purchase,
Any issues or concerns you may have with your tree upon delivery will be handled ASAP between buyer and seller. I'm here to spread love so if there's an issue, I will happily fix it.
Most of the trees I end up selling are custom pieces. For that reason, I have respectfully declined to accept returns or exchanges.
